Deadlines to submit:

Proposals to offer a Gen Ed course in the Winter 2025 Intersession should be submitted to CCC+ by early October 2024 to allow adequate time for review.

Requests to offer a Gen Ed course in the May 2023 Intersession should be submitted to GEOC by the end of February 2024 to allow adequate time for review.

The deadline for new courses and course revisions to be included in the 2024-25 Catalog is February 5, 2024. In order for Gen Ed courses to make this deadline, proposals to add or revise courses should be received by CCC+ before the end of October 2023 (with all department and college approvals). General Education courses must be reviewed by CCC+, the Senate C&C Committee, and the University Senate prior to February 5 to be included in the 2024-25 catalog.
